We Remain Open, Ready And Able To Support You.

We remain open, ready and able to support you.

Phoenix Australia remains committed to supporting trauma-affected individuals, families and communities.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to assure you that we remain open, ready and able to support our stakeholders, clients, practitioners and the community.

We have been communicating important messages about the mental health impacts of COVID-19 and what to do in response. Our dedicated COVID-19 web page has a range of videos, tip sheets and other mental health resources to help practitioners, businesses with remote workforces, and the community. We will continue to add resources in the coming days and weeks.

Although our physical offices are no longer accessible, we have been preparing for this eventuality for a number of weeks and are well placed to continue our work. All our staff are now working from home and are available as normal.

While we’ve had to postpone or cancel all face-to-face training, our courses are being fully transitioned to digital channels, and the first of these will be available soon. Our Centenary of Anzac Centre continues to provide expert guidance and support for practitioners working with veterans with mental health issues and is available on 1800 838 777.

Through these exceptional times, as trusted experts in trauma-related mental health and wellbeing, we will continue to conduct high quality research, deliver best practice education and training, and provide expert advice to government and other organisations on ways to better support trauma-affected populations. This includes how to support front line staff and build resilience in the workplace.
