Welcome to the VF-LINK Veteran and Family Research Learning Community – a collaborative, trauma-informed, and inclusive space for anyone interested in veteran and family health and wellbeing. It brings together researchers, clinicians, service providers, policymakers, veterans, families of veterans, carers, and others committed to improving outcomes for veterans and their families.
The Community aims to increase awareness of veteran and family health research, promote evidence-informed policy and practice, and strengthen connections between research, policy, service delivery and veterans and families. Through it, we will share emerging evidence and good practice, support the translation of research into policy and practice, and provide opportunities to get involved and stay informed about developments across the sector. This is done to ensure research findings are accessible, relevant, and applied in ways that improve the health and wellbeing of veterans and families of veterans.
Participation is free and open to anyone with an interest in veteran and family health and wellbeing research. You can engage in a way that suits you – by attending quarterly webinars, joining the mailing list, providing feedback through surveys, or accessing webinar recordings, research summaries, and practical resources through our website.
